  • Program description. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, project status and milestone updates, scheduling changes, and direct replies from our team about your project.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
  • Consent is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

5. Mobile Information and SMS Consent

No mobile information — including mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in or consent data — will be shared, sold, rented, or otherwise transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers that support our operations — such as our customer relationship management platform and our SMS delivery provider — and only to the extent necessary for them to deliver messages on our behalf. These providers are prohibited from using mobile information for any other purpose.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other information-sharing described in this Privacy Policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Your consent to receive text messages from us applies only to Riverside Custom Outdoors, LLC. We do not transfer your consent to any other business, affiliate, or partner.
